About Loggia

One agent that advertises,
answers, and books.

You describe the customer you want. Loggia writes the ads, answers whoever replies — in seconds, at 2am, on a Sunday — chases the ones who go quiet, and puts the booking on your calendar. Nothing spends your money without your tap.

What it is
A CRM with one AI employee attached.Powered by Claude, from Anthropic.
Who it's for
Owners already paying a human. An answering service, a setter, or an agency retainer — those are the lines it replaces.
What it costs
$799/mo, everything in.Month to month, $0 setup. No seats, no % of ad spend, no contract.
What it won't do
Spend a dollar you didn't approve.Caps are enforced in code, not in a policy page.
Fig. 01 — the loop

What happens after someone clicks your ad

Six steps. Loggia runs five of them; you show up for the job.

Ad runsClaude drafted it. You approved it.
Lead arrivesForm, call, text or site chat.
Answered in secondsThe one step that runs without you.
BookedA real slot, plus reminders.
Job trackedProgress, notes, files.
Paid → attributedWhich ad made money, not clicks.

The loop closes on itself: attribution decides the next ad budget, which is why the last box points back at the first. A lead that goes quiet anywhere along the line drops into a follow-up sequence instead of falling out.

The parts

Twelve pieces, four jobs.

One line each. If you want the full version of any group, it's folded underneath — nothing has been cut, just tucked away.

JOB 01

Get found

  • Ad studio— say who you want, Claude writes the campaign.
  • AI visibility— whether ChatGPT names you for your trade.
  • Website builder— a site built for people and for models.
The longer version

Ad studio

Describe the customers you want the way you'd tell a person — "kitchen remodels, 20 miles around Rochester" — and Claude drafts complete campaigns: audiences, headlines, creative angles and budgets. Every draft sits in review until you approve it, and hard spend caps mean Loggia cannot ask a platform for more than the number you set. Money doesn't move without your fingerprint on it.

AI visibility · ChatGPT Boost

When someone asks ChatGPT for "the best roofer near me," you're either named or you're invisible. Loggia audits what AI models can actually see about your business, scores it, and has Claude write the fixes — schema, FAQ content, sitemaps, llms.txt — then tracks whether the answers start including you. Nobody can buy a mention; the job is to make you legible, and the naming stays the model's choice.

Website builder

A fast, clean site built to be read by two audiences: humans deciding whether to call you, and AI models deciding whether to recommend you. Structured data, service pages and load speed are handled so the site works as hard as the ads pointing at it.

JOB 02

Catch the lead

  • Customer chat— answers your visitors from your own documents.
  • Autopilot— texts a brand-new lead back in seconds.
  • Booking— the setter works the thread toward a real slot.
The longer version

Customer chat

A chat window on your site that answers from your documents — your prices, your service area, your policies — instead of making things up. It hands the conversation to a human the moment someone asks for one, and every exchange is logged so you can read exactly what was said while you were on a roof or asleep.

Autopilot

The one part of Loggia that messages customers without waiting for you — because speed-to-lead is the whole game. Switch it on and a new lead hears back in seconds — the moment your quiet hours allow. It's off by default, logs every send, and one switch stops all of it instantly. You decide how much rope it gets.

Booking

Public booking pages that take the phone tag out of scheduling: customers pick a slot you actually have, get confirmed instantly, and get reminded ahead of the visit. The AI setter works the text thread toward a booked slot on a steady, capped cadence — and passes it to you the second anyone asks about price or wants a human.

JOB 03

Do the work

  • CRM & contacts— pipeline, jobs and tasks. CSV in, CSV out.
  • Sequences— the follow-up that doesn’t drop a lead.
  • Calendar & SMS— every job and text thread on one screen.
  • Loggia Linked— your customer watches their project, under your brand.
The longer version

CRM & contacts

Contacts, pipeline, jobs and tasks in one place, with an AI summary of any relationship on demand — who they are, what they've asked for, where the deal stalled. Import your list by CSV with duplicate detection, slice it into saved smart lists, tag and update in bulk, and export it back out any time. Your data stays yours, in both directions.

Sequences

Follow-ups that don't forget. A lead who goes quiet gets a patient, human-sounding nudge — then another — until they reply, book, or ask to stop, and every message honors opt-outs automatically. You write the tone once; Loggia does the remembering, for as long as the retention window you set keeps the record.

Calendar & SMS

Week and month views of every job and appointment, next to two-way text conversations with customers — one screen instead of four apps. Texts send from your business number through official carrier-approved APIs, so deliverability doesn't depend on tricks.

Loggia Linked

A shared workspace where your customers see their project the way you see it — quotes, progress, messages and files in one link, under your brand. Fewer "any update?" calls, because the update is always one click away. Agencies can resell it white-label with their own name on the door.

JOB 04

Stay in control

  • Attribution— which ad produced paying customers, not clicks.
  • Audit log— every AI action written down as it happens, readable and exportable.
  • Kill switch— one control stops every autonomous behavior.
The longer version

Jobs & attribution

A live tracker for every job with progress meters you drag as work gets done — and honest attribution underneath: which ad, page or referral actually produced paying customers, not just clicks. So next month's budget goes where the money came from, not where the impressions were.

Security & the kill switch

Encrypted tokens, two-factor sign-in, and an audit trail written as it happens — every AI action lands in a log your admins can read and export, and Agent Studio’s receipts are hash-chained, so a rewritten history fails a check you can run yourself. Spend caps are enforced in code, not policy. And the kill switch is real: one control refuses every send, spend and write at once — it keeps working only for reading, so you can still ask what happened, and for the controls that stop more.

What moves on its own, and what waits for you

Most AI products are vague here on purpose. Here is the whole map.

Drafts, then waits

Most of it

Claude does the work and hands it to you. Nothing leaves the building until you tap approve.

  • Ad campaigns, budgets and creative
  • Follow-up emails and copy
  • AI-visibility fixes and schema
  • Website pages
Acts on its own

Exactly three things

Each one is off until you switch it on, and each is revocable in one word.

  • The first reply to a brand-new lead — because a reply that waits isn't fast
  • Scaling or pausing a campaign inside your monthly envelope, after texting you the plan 24h ahead for veto
  • Win-backs, under a standing grant you gave
No AI at all

Plain, boring code

Timers and database writes. Fast, auditable, and impossible to hallucinate.

  • Bookings and confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Drip sequence timing
  • Attribution arithmetic

The full mechanism-by-mechanism map — feature by feature, including which parts are inert until you connect a provider — lives on How Loggia actually works.

Fig. 03 — guardrails

What a dollar has to get through before it moves

Four gates, in this order, every time. None of them is a setting we ask you to trust us about.

1
Is it inside the cap?

Hard daily and monthly spend limits, enforced in code before the request is ever built — Loggia cannot ask a platform for more than the number you set, and a workspace with no cap set spends nothing at all.

2
Did a human approve it?

The draft sits in review with your name on the button. The three named autopilot behaviors are the only exceptions, and each is off until you turn it on.

3
Is it allowed right now?

Quiet hours, one message per person per day, and opt-outs are checked immediately before the send — not when the sequence was written.

4
Is it written down?

Every AI action lands in an audit log your admins can read and export, and Agent Studio’s receipts are hash-chained — you can verify that chain yourself and see if anything was rewritten.

The kill switch

One control refuses every send, spend and write above at once — not a support ticket, not a 24-hour wind-down. Two things deliberately keep working while it is on: reading, so you can still ask what happened, and the controls that stop more, so you can still pause a campaign or take a permission back. Your ad budget is also paid by you directly to the ad platform on your own account, so the money never passes through Loggia in the first place.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask

What is Loggia, in one sentence?

One AI agent, powered by Claude, that advertises for your business, answers every new lead within seconds, follows up with the ones who go quiet, and books the appointment — sitting on top of a CRM that tracks which of those leads actually paid.

Who is it for — and who is it not for?

It's built for owner-operated businesses — trades, home services, clinics, studios — that already pay a human for at least one of three jobs: an answering service, an appointment setter or ISA, or an agency retainer to run the ads. Those are the lines Loggia actually replaces, and that is where the arithmetic works.

It's not built for the fully do-it-yourself operator who answers their own phone, sets their own appointments and runs their own ads: for them $799 is a new line on the bill rather than a smaller one, and we'd rather say that here than on the call. It's also not built for enterprises that want a platform to administer.

What does the AI do without asking me first?

Three things, each switched off until you turn it on and each revocable in one word: it can text a brand-new lead immediately, it can scale or pause a campaign inside a monthly envelope after texting you the plan 24 hours ahead for veto, and it can send win-backs under a standing grant. Everything else — every dollar spent, every campaign launched, every published page — waits for your tap.

What does it cost?

$799 a month, flat, month to month, $0 setup. One plan, everything included — no per-seat pricing, no percentage of ad spend, no annual contract. It carries 1,500 voice minutes a month and is $0.25 a minute after that; your own team, silent calls and any call handed to a human come off the bill automatically, and spam, robocalls and wrong numbers are never billed once they are marked — there is no button for that in the app yet, so email support@loggia.work and we mark them for you. Your ad budget is separate and paid by you directly to the ad platform on your own ad account.

You cancel yourself in the billing portal — no phone call, no notice period, no exit fee — and access runs to the end of the month you've already paid for.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You describe the customer you want in plain language and approve or reject what the agent drafts. There's nothing to configure to get started, and the parts that could spend money are capped in code before you ever see them.

If I leave, can I take my data?

Yes. Contacts import by CSV and export back out by CSV any time, and your audit log is readable while your account is open. Your data is isolated from every other organization at the database layer, and it stays yours in both directions.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

An agency bills a retainer plus a percentage of your ad spend and reports back monthly. Loggia does the same jobs at a flat $799, answers a lead in seconds instead of the next business day, shows which ads produced paying customers rather than impressions, and leaves the approval — and the off switch — in your hands.

Read enough?
Watch it work instead.
