SMS Messaging Terms

In one line: Loggia only texts business owners who have entered their own mobile number into their Loggia account and confirmed it with a code we sent them. Nobody else ever receives a message from us. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Who sends these messages

This messaging program is operated by Buzzed LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, which builds and operates the Loggia software platform at app.loggia.work. Buzzed LLC is the sender of every message described in these terms; “Loggia” is the name of the product you sign in to. Throughout this page, “we” and “us” mean Buzzed LLC.

Who receives messages

Messages go to one group of people only: the owner of a Loggia account, on the mobile number they personally registered inside that account. We do not message the general public, we do not buy or import phone number lists, and we do not send messages to anyone who has not completed the verification described below.

How you opt in

Consent is given inside the Loggia application, by the account owner, in four steps:

Sign in to your Loggia account at app.loggia.work and open Settings.
In the “Text the agent” section, type your own mobile number and press “Send me a code.” The consent language shown at that point states that message and data rates may apply and that you can reply STOP to opt out.
We text a single six-digit verification code to that number. It expires in 15 minutes.
Enter the code back in Settings. Your number is now verified, and only then will it receive any further messages.

A number that never completes step 4 receives nothing beyond that one verification code. There is no path in the product by which a phone number can be enrolled by anyone other than the person holding the phone.

What we send

Two kinds of message, both to the account owner about their own workspace:

Verification code Loggia: Your verification code is 366158. It expires in 15 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply.

Account & activity notification Loggia: You asked for 5 new customers this week — I drafted an ad campaign for your approval. Review it at https://app.loggia.work Reply STOP to opt out.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this number, and we do not message your customers on your behalf through it.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and is driven by your own activity — most messages are either a verification code you asked for, or a reply to something you texted us. Notifications are capped per workspace so a busy day cannot turn into a flood.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We stop immediately and confirm once. No further messages are sent unless you opt back in.
Reply START to opt back in.
Reply HELP for help, or email support@loggia.work.
You can also remove your number entirely in Settings → Text the agent → Remove this number.

Cost

Loggia does not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your data

Your mobile number is used to send you the messages described here and for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. It is handled under our Privacy Policy, alongside the rest of your account data. Removing your number in Settings deletes it from the messaging system.
